Following the concerns over charitable donations and executive pay top-ups, we at VOICE wanted to share with you our outgoings in terms of staff payments. Our coordinator, who works 25 hours/week and devotes 90% of her time on projects and environmental initiatives, earns €18,000 per annum with no top ups. Our administrative duties are done by a volunteer and other projects are also done by volunteers.

We are a lean organisation and we hope our members feel they are getting value for their money. Our donations and memberships are down this year and we wanted to share with our members our concern about this situation.
